Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel and receive a full refund for your order before it ships. Once the shipping process has begun, please await delivery and then proceed with our standard return process if you wish to return the item.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand if you're not completely satisfied with your items. Most items in new condition can be returned within 30 business days of receipt. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@AuraHeats.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address and shipping details. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. Package and Ship: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, ensuring all original contents and accessories are included. Ship the item back as instructed.
  4. Processing: Most returns are processed within 15 business days 

Return Conditions

  • You have 30 business days from the date of receipt to decide if an item is right for you. You must contact us within this period to initiate a return or exchange.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Do not return your purchase without permission.

Return Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect products or product quality issues), you will receive a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to buyer's remorse (e.g., not liking the item or ordering the wrong product/size), you will still receive a full refund.
  • No restocking fee will be charged for consumer returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method. Please note that while we process refunds within 15 business days, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card company.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There may be an internal processing delay before a refund is posted to your account.
  4. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@AuraHeats.com.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@AuraHeats.com. Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
